Pre-Authorized Payment Forms The Town of Morris is now able to offer the Pre-Authorized Payments Option for paying bills. Applications are available at the Town Office or you may print off a copy of the application from the links below. You can choose to have either the Water & Sewer or the Property Taxes or both payments through this system. This offer may be taken up at anytime. As well as the pre-authorized system we also accept Internet Banking Payments and Tele Banking Payments and you can pay at the Town Office with cash or cheques.
